Smile 20 x 20 tile

hello l am new to this website and pretty new to laying tile. l am looking for some advice. l have only installed 12 x 12 and small tiles with premixed thin set and now l am going to be doing 20 x 20 floor tiles and l was wondering is ultraflex 2 by mapel going to be good for this size of tile? Also what size trowel should l be using? If anyone could help me that would be great

with a 20x20 tile I use a Medium-bed mortar with a 1/2 x 1/2" trowel.
back-butter each tile to get 100% coverage.

depending on if its ceramic or porcelain I would use a better
thin set with an additive in it.
