Handicap Shower slope on concrete

I'm new to this and was wondering how you would do this with a flat concrete floor for a barrier free shower for wheelchair access. the shower originally had a pre made fiberglass pan. now going to do all in tile but not sure how i can do the slope for the drain being the floor is flat concrete.

Hi Steve, welcome! Sorry we didn't catch this thread. I split you off the other thread so you can have your own. The only way you can do this on concrete is to jack hammer out a section where you plan to have the drain lowering it down and mudding back in the slope. Other way is to build up the floor with deck mud leaving the area by the drain sloped. There might be other ways but those are the ones I know of.

to me this way is the easiest even though it seems like a lot of work.
you just need to chip out about 2" of the cement in the shower area and
jack out the drain and lower it. then re mud, waterproof and tile.
