Installing tile in shower doorway

I am finishing a new shower and have read numerous threads on the forum including "How to build the shower curb". The pre-slope, shower pan and added mud on top of the shower pan liner is installed. Most of the wall tile is completed This is showen in the first photo(020A.jpg)
The 3 X 6 bull nose tiles are install on the outside of the shower door way opening.
I am about to install the 3 X 6 bull nose tile on the shower door openning.
The width of the shower door wall is 5-1/8 inches. I want to place the shower door frame over the vertical grout line of the 3 x 6 bull nose tile, See photo 009A.jpg. It shower a 3 x 6 bull nose tile tape to the door way wall.
What is the proper position of the vertical grout line? Should it be placed closer to the inside of the shower?
I want the shower door and frame install so the water will drain into the shower, towards the shower drain

Hi George, I usually cut them the same size splitting the difference on the jamb. The grout line will be covered by the door.
