Storing ceramic tile

Can ceramic tile be stored in an unheated shed until used? We live in Virginia; our winter temps typically stay in the upper 20's low 30's at night. We have purchased ceramic tile for a project that now won't be completed until at least next year and we would like to get the tile (which is now sitting in my laundry room!) somewhere out of the way until we need it. How can we safely store it?

Not being rude at so dont take this wrong. But half the tile wharehouses that tile come from are stored outside in the full elements of the weather. A aluminm storage shed wont hurt the tile.

I had a guy one time an Engineer I worked for. He was on the 11th floor of the condo. I gave hime the list of material to get. 3x5 sheets fo durock ( lighter and easier to fit in the levator) He got 4x8 sheets. I knew I was in for trouble then. I go up to the condo. He has got 6 boxes of tile on the floor . I ask where is the tile his reply was. I did not want to put 3000 lbs of tile in one spot for fear the floor might fall thru the next level. We are in a condo unit with concrete floors. I laughed and said do you fill the tub with water at the other end when you are taking a shower so you have water balance in here as well.

store the tile outside it will be fine. have fun and dont kill your back.
