Grout or caulk between tile and outlet extender

Tell me please if I should caulk or use grout between the tile and plastic outlet extender.Or maybe I don't need either?I just layed the tile today soI think I can get it off the wall if I need [ATTACH]Name:  outlet extender 2.jpg

Nothing between.

And those sleeves are typically slid in place after the tile has been set. But you need to be mindful of exactly where to stop the tile for the best results.
