For free - lath and latapoxy - southeastern MA

Doing some spring cleaning in my workshop and I've got a few items that were ordered for projects but never used.

A roll of plastic lath (was going to use in place of metal lath under heating cables and an SLC pour). May be a moot point with ditra heat type products now available.

Complete kit of Latapoxy 300. Thinset, part A and part B all unopened and been stored in a conditioned basement. Manufacturer date of 4/15, so slightly past guaranteed 2 year shelf life.

Everything for free. I'm in southeastern MA, willing to drive reasonable distance to hand items off. Also willing to ship at buyer's expense but given size and weight, may not be feasible option.
