Second opinion

Had a company do water damage repair. Took 14 days to tile a small bath. Looks sketchy and my tile guy who did the entire basement said don't pay and take it out. Company guy wasn't a tile guy but could do tile. Been working on the bath since before Thanksgiving. I have had tile done in various houses and I am not a perfectionist but what do y'all think?? I think there's definitely some tiles that could be fixed and adjusted there. But it could be done by removing individual tiles. No reason to remove the whole floor.

There is going to be a threshold or something to cover the entrance I assume?
