Dave Gobis on the DL
Dave Gobis has traded his health and home life to run CTEF since 1999 and has given his all to get people on the right installation track. He has a severe problem with his leg and cannot get around as usual. I am posting this to encourage get-well wishes and thanks for all he has done for the industry.
He is an icon who does not get the appeciation he deserves. If you have been helped by Dave, please send a good-will message to him here, at the Tile Council site ( www.tileusa.com), or at the CTEF site ( www.tileschool.org).
Get well soon, Dave!

Get well soon, Dave. A Harley road trip would probably do the trick.

Dave has at least another week or two in bed. Doctor's orders. We do expect a full recovery, though. You can't keep a tough old mud man down.
I'll be calling him tomorrow to see how hes' doing. I'll also make sure he sees this thread.

Sorry to hear that you are laid up Dave.
While on the IR make sure you enjoy having someone do the "fetch and step" and get caught up on all the sit down things you want to get done.
Look at it this way you can get all of your articles written for the next few months and can enjoy other things once you are up and about.
Get well soon!
