Hi Marge
Got mine last night. I don't need to be picked up at the airport though.

Since I'll be coming in Monday morning should I drive straight to Custom?
PS: Got the itinerary as well.

Daniel, you can go to CTU at 8am or meet at Queen Mary at 715am. Just let us know what to expect.

Will do! I plan on leaving early enough but sometimes LA traffic dictates when and where people end up
I fly small planes out of Van Nuys. If it wasn't so early I would have just flown myself.

CBP held a 2-day training event this week for Emser sales personnel that I was lucky enough to attend.
Everything was absolutely top notch, from the facility to the people giving the presentations. There were plenty of hands-on applications for the participants to do as well as demos by their installation team.
The ratio of knowledge to sales pitch was very high and in keeping with the professionalism shown throughout my time there.
I also enjoyed the tour of their R&D facility - there's a lot of investment in both expertise and machines.
I hope you enjoy it as much as I did!

Thanks for the report Jeff, I know we're all looking forward to it.
Why just today, I was told a client was leaning towards that new fangled high tech grout of theirs and I'd better get up to speed pronto.

Y'all will find the learning curve on that grout not steep at all. Definitely needs to be learned, but you'll try it at this class and go home and use it. Guaranteed.

Demoed that fusion at my local Dal Tile, the rep did a color change from charcoal to bright white, pretty impressive and easy with limited scraping of old grout
