Sigma 3CM, took the plunge

Well I've been in need of a good cutter and last nite I finally landed on the sigma max 3CM. Should be quite a step up from my cheapo kobalt. Any tricks or advice I should know before I start with my new toy? Unfortunately I'll be waiting a bit for it since it has to make it from Ireland to southern Illinois! Thanks in advance.
