yeah it's flat.
this is a big GC doing this bank and their concrete sub must be good.
here are a few shots, you can see it's flat and I'm sure they used a power trowel.

well we are smoking this job out. tues walls, weds bathroom floors and hall.
today employee toilet and laid out lobby and started the circle radius thingy.

coming along good so far.

Where are all the hills and valleys in that concrete? Nice to see a concrete sub who can pour flat floors. Nice job.

I wish some of these concrete guys would have to lay tile on there own stuff. Then they would know why we so much.

getting there...

the cuts went in on Friday. good thing is we set the circle so true the first quarter cuts were templates for the other cuts.
the front area and vestibule go in on Monday and we are done.

no I didn't. never wanted to be that type of flooring contractor.

I was thinking of doing it on owner supplied jobs, but really don't want to get into carpet.

Looks good. Doing the geometry on the floor gives you precise lines to follow that you know you can bank on... ...seriously, it's a great way of getting it right the first time.
