speakers

I am doing design/remodeling project. It's "kitchen remodel" where I removed all walls and created open space kitchen/living room/dining room. Approx. 600sqft. Pretty much rectangular space. I got last minute request to put in some speaker system. Client doesn't require top notch system, more like for ambient music. We're finishing framing now. Any thoughts & recommendations on:
- behind drywall speakers?
- wall or ceiling speakers?
