Porcelain Tile chipping when grinding a scribe line in.

I am currently using a 24Grit oxide wheel. What SHOULD I be using to grind in a clean edge?
The edge in view is about 32/64th below the taped line.

Hi Shawn,

Porcelain tile is very difficult to grind. It's going to take diamond pads.

What John said. But if you’re going to use something rough, at least make it finer than the very heavy grit you’re using. And if possible (not always), run the abrasive at more of a shear angle into the tile to lessen the chipping.

P.S. That chipping may all be concealed by a regular-sized neat caulking bead. You can get 100% silicone caulking in over a hundred colors to match most any tile and give a professional finish to this detail. Are you accustomed to caulking with 100% silicone? If not, we can walk you through it.
