Dr. Called Today
Tests came back positive Lymphosacoma, low to intermediate grade
From what I can tell sounds like maybe Scooter should be good for 8-16 months if we do nothing and we could maybe get him another 12 months with cemo.
Go in on Thursday and will get a consultation.

Jerry, so sorry to hear about Scooter. All you can do is continue to make his life the best ever, like you and Patti already do.
Sorry to make this thread even more sad today, but tomorrow is our last day with Shaka. The vet will be coming to her so she doesn't have to be scared in the vet office. No words to describe how it feels.

Jerry, so sorry about the diagnosis for Scooter. Enjoy your time together.
Marge and Dave . . . What can we say. Just know that you are in our thoughts tonight, tomorrow and in the future.

Marge, Dave
I am so sorry.
I'll hold both you're hands too.
You gave Shaka a great life.

Shaka left us very peacefully. She was on her favorite blankie on the couch with us being able to be stroking her, nuzzling in her neck and telling her just how grateful we are to have had her in our lives.
Thank you all for understanding.

I have been through this before and this hurt bad. Shaka went to work with me, sleeping next to my chair and was with us 24/7 the last few months as she needed us more. Letting her go has left a huge hole.
I appreciate your understanding and thank you all for the support.

just tumbled to this website while researching the attack on my shower. I was able to catch up on two years of everyones dog stories in a hour. Sounds odd that it can be condensed to that!
So sorry to hear about your doggie Marge. I feel like i know you after reading all the history and i felt so sad for you when it was her time. She has to be really happy now and no doubt watches after you.
I have two...Emma is a Westie and Gus is a Cairn terrier. little spitfires the both of them. Emma is 12 and gus is 5. Emma gets away with a lot more sniffing on our walks lately as i figure she's getting on in years now and i might as well indulge her. used to be , our walks were half cardio exercise with just a short stop for a duty call. the times they are a changin.
anyway, it's been a pleasure reading about all of you and your lives. I hope to read more as you all post.
