Just so nobody else gets confused, Coverings 2009 will be held in April in Chicago. Two years ago the weather was perfect -- nice during the days and chilly at night. There is a breeze off the lake. You do need a jacket at night.

You only need a jacket if you live in places that seldom get snow.
By Mid-March i'm jacketless.. hell, infact right now I still dont have a jacket and it was 18*F when I woke up.. still warm out :P
