Shower Tile Haze

Our shower tile was installed about 5 years ago. No grouting has been done since. About a year ago, I was using some new cleaner/sealer on the tile and a haze showed up. The tiles look faded when not wet. To this day, I haven't been able to get rid of the haze, despite scrubbing. Just wondering if anyone has some good advice on what to do.

Our folks will need specifics on the cleaning product. Brand name, make and model.

Upon first thought, my first guess is that your sealer was allowed to dry on its own instead of being polished dry. But that’s a preliminary guess without much data.

As CX mentioned, specific info on your product(s) would be helpful. Do tell us, also, your procedure of the cleaner and sealing.

Are they ceramic tiles, Porcelain, glass or stone?
