Posting photos with an iPhone
Hi guys,
I've been following some threads lately and feel like getting back into joining the discussions since I'm back working as a tile contractor ...and I'm bored. Some great stuff in the Pro Hangout.
Can I post a picture from my iPhone 4? I tried but it was sideways in the preview. Searched the forums for an answer, couldn't find anything. How do I rotate it?
Thanks.
Ron

My IPhone 6 posts photos in the correct orientation but can only post one picture per post because the files upload the same file name.
My old Samsung used to flip all landscape as portrait. I'd have to upload from my computer to get the right layout.

Oh, and I'm using a Kyocera brigadier on Verizon Android, if that makes any difference.

It is in my experience that this wonderful sight ain't real iPhone friendly. Kinda like setting 24"X24" tiles with a 1/4" notch. You can make it work but it takes a lot of effort.

Funny, I've had just the opposite experience, my Android made me crazy flipping the pics.

Kevin, Is that from a Android or IPhone?
My Android always flipped Landscape to portrait.
PS: That looks like a happy boy!

I'm not sure why one type of phone would rotate incorrectly and others woudn't. Post 'em sideways, we can always fix them for you.

PC, it's an Android OS. I haven't tried, but I didn't see anything keeping me from loading more than one pic at a time. And that one pic was taken in portrait. I don't know if it makes any difference. I'll try one that I took in landscape.

Here's one in landscape.
It uploads correctly as well.

Kevin, yeah the one picture limit on the IPhone is caused by Apple uploading all picture to the same file name "image.jpg" so the second picture replace the first one (and so on).
My Samsung had no problem with multiple pictures, only had a problem with the picture flipping. I just learned to shoot all pictures in landscape mode.
