Interesting video...but looks like a bit of Overkill. Interested in your opinions....

Interesting video, one of the few that adequately describes the process of lowering the subfloor in a retrofit job. The system seems very robust and does a good job explains how to extend the slope. On new construction it would be much easier just to drop the framing and use a mud bed or foam pan as you choose.
