Cleaning and Sealing Products
I've got two bathrooms in my home with ceramic tile flooring. One room was completed 6 months ago, and the other in the last week. The grout in both rooms has some light discoloration which I presume is haze from the grout which I didn't get off during installation.
Anyone have any suggestions for products to clean the grout? I've read alot of threads and think I'll try vinegar and water to start, but I'm not sure that will work on the floor installed six months ago.
I'd like to seal the grout once I get it cleaned up. Initially I was thinking Aquamix Grout Sealer or Sealer Choice Gold, but I've seen some negative comments on both products. Any suggestions for a good quality sealer that won't require me to be on my hand and knees every 6-12 months.
I've been doing the do-it-yourselfer thing long enough to know that you get what you pay for, so I'm willing to spend the money for a quality product.
