........so it's about 8:00pm and we are preparing to leave tomorrow morning for our annual 4th of July trek to Lincoln Nebraska where we have been going for nine years........

........stay in a hotel, relax around the pool, view the Gigantic Fireworks Display, eat some great food in some great restaurants, visit area lakes and attractions, in general three days of hangin' out........

........we're doing some last minute shopping in town when suddenly we are T-Boned by some teenage kid looking to his right and driving to his left........

'WHAM'........DONUT........UP ON TWO, THEN BACK DOWN ON ALL FOUR AGAIN. HOLE-E-E-E SHIT!

Fortunately no one was injured except a teenage ace driver's pride. Who just bought his new pickup truck TODAY. Who made the mistake of calling his dad who upon his arrival knocked the hell out of him right there in front of everybody. HOLE-E-E-E SHIT, AGAIN.

Have you ever tried to rent a car at 9:00 pm on a July third? In the country? Well don't, it's a waist of time.

A waist of time that is unless you have a friend deep inside the local Sheriff's Department that will give you the emergency contact phone numbers for the managers of all the local car rental agencies. hehehe

It's paradise I'm tellin'ya, paradise.

We were wanting a new car anyway!

Yikes, Bud! Glad no one was hurt- at least by cars! Take plenty of asprin, you will feel the aftereffects of being schmucked by tommorrow. A few hours in the hot tub will help, too!

Be careful out there, Mr. Cline.

Unhappy Bud

T-boned = broadsided?

Glad everybody's OK. Real bang of a start.

Everyone:

Okay, this proves it. Mister Cline is a stand-up guy. Has to be when he sallies forth into danger with such disdain.
Nothing morose or brooding, just plain concern for the young man who had the sh_t kicked out of him by his father.

I know now that we are in the presence of greatness!!

YOU DA MAN!!!

Tell us how you feel a couple days later???!!!!!!!
