Hello, Pros. I thought this one was pretty funny. Quarry tile sanitary base used an accents on a block wall. Way to use up your leftovers?

I need to start posting here. Lately, actually couple years already, I have been coming across some of the worst work and materials.

Im going to post some pictures of the 3x6 marble the "designer" bought online.
Its so fragile you can crumble it with your hands and it turns into a pile of sugar.

Its like a car wreck, I cant help looking. I'm back 125 pages already

I cant wait to retire!!!

Installer cut the liner at the curb. No upturn or pre-molder corners. No taping of CBU joints. CBU nailed through liner. No pre pitch on liner. Lots of clear silicone as waterproofing at curb corners. That worked out well. The smell was unbelievable. Sad thing is I know the installer. Good thing he did a few houses on the street. As I left the job last night the neighbor saw my truck and stopped by to chat. Asked me to look at his shower (that's how I knew he did a few on the street) Exact same scenario.
