finding arbor adjustment spacers help

Hi I'm new here, i have an older saw that i bought at Home Depot, i'm almost certain that it's a Rigid but i cant for the life of me find the model number or serial number. The problem is that this saw has an .5 in arbor and it accepts an 8 inch blade. but all of the 8 in blades that i find to buy have either a 5/8 or a 7/8 in arbor or hole in the middle of the saw, so the blades don't sit completely accurate to the arbor, where can i find arbor adjustment washers or spacers or how can i solve this problem??? Please help

You might look for Arbor Spacers or Arbor Bushings on Amazon or similar and see if they don't have a set that contains the size you need.

Check out the grinder blade section at your hardware store. Some blades come with multiple rings.

It might have been in the package with the blade. There's usually a little brass ring in the packages.
