Washington state tile guys, please read
Hey Guys, I just found out that the job I cleared my schedule for the next three weeks has been pushed out almost a month. Im sitting at home scratching my head wondering how this happened If anyone has an abundance of work that they could spare something it would be greatly appreciated. With a second baby on the way I just can't afford to sit at home. I appreciate your time in reading my post.

This post isnt any help, but I can relate.
My daughter was born June last year, so I didn't work much that month. The month afterward was full of family and visitors, so that didn't turn out to be much. And then although I had work lined up, it almost all fell through (we still want to do it, just not right now... ) and I ended up at home most of sept-november. That happens a lot to one job here and there, doesnt usually happen with a bunch of them at once..
Oh well.
Really set me back, just starting to work my way out of it now.
I really hope someone can help you out!

Serge, I just had a friend of mine call me today about some commercial work. He doesn't have the job for sure yet, and he was just checking to see who was available. I haven't done a commercial job since 2002 and don't really care to do another one.
I don't have any details yet because I haven't called him back. If you are interested, let me know.

John - Thanks, that backsplash was like a puzzle
Jim- I am very interested, I've been doing almost nothing but commercial for the past year. If you could pass along my info that would be terrific. I really appreciate it.

Wood Floor guy in Washington State
There isn't a lot of wood floor work in Washington State either at the moment. I'm getting cabin fever waiting for the phone to ring.

I wanted to update this. Serge and I have communicated back and forth a little bit since the last posts.
The project that I talked about in the earlier posts is not a signed deal yet, and even if it does happen, I'm not sure if it's going to fit into his window. He picked up a small job, but I believe he would still will have some days open.
So I just wanted to let the local guys know that the call is still out.

Jim - Thank you for the update.
I am very thankful to all who replied to my post. I'm slowly seeing leads trickle in and am sure some good will come of them soon. I am amazed by the family atmosphere on this site, thank you for caring. I hope to be able to pay it forward some day soon. Be blessed.
