White Grout Haze on Noir Honed Travertine

Hello All - First timer here! Hoping to get some quick guidance on removing what I believe is white grout haze on my new noir honed travertine floor. I'm new to the tile game so I could be completely wrong.

The travertine was not sealed before installation. The shower head was leaking a good clip for 2 weeks down the shower wall unbeknownst to me and left a hazy stain on the floor. I believe it is from the white grout from the shower walls but I could be wrong. The walls are a porcelain tile so we obviously didn't seal or treat the surface in any way post installation.

I've tried a few PH neutral cleaners including Miracle Sealants Heavy Duty Cleaner (Acid Substitute) and nothing seems to help. Here are some photos. You can see the edge of the blurry area vs nice looking stone up close. Any suggestions to remove this without damaging the stone?

I would go at it with a dry microfiber cloth or a magic eraser or maybe a damp one and then a dry one

Thanks all but there is nothing in the MAPEI troubleshooting guide that covers the removal of grout haze. This also isn’t very specific to my use case with the honed travertine.

Grout haze remained on the surface of the tile. Use MAPEI’s UltraCareTM Cement Grout Haze Remover (see the addendum
“UltraCare Quick-reference guide”).
Grout haze was left on the tile surface due to grouting
being performed without wetting down the tiles first.
Tile should be moistened to minimize grout haze. Use MAPEI’s UltraCare
Cement Grout Haze Remover to remove cement grout haze (see the
addendum “UltraCare Quick-reference guide”).

Sorry Jason but that is an acidic cleaner. I appreciate you trying to help but I need something PH neutral for the travertine.
