Hi Cameron

Great job! I've done the same thing trying not to go so aggressive to start. After a great deal of wasting time, resort to getting aggressive, and finally capture the desired results.

I'll try to start posting some pictures myself. I've had plenty of "Why me?" projects!

Here i am again with a saltillo strip.
The kitchen was abused and they didn't want to strip, so i cleaned and added Top Kote.
The outside is getting stripped raw and resealed with an inpregnating sealer.

I'll post fished pics..

Hi Dave

Can't believe it. Over the summer I had to pay $10.00 for 2!

Here's a job I was working on last night at a hospital. Reader's Digest version: Honing a marble inset at the entry point of 4 elevators. What a challenge!

Just showing it's all about balance, the machine was running during this shot.

I need to get over to this sub-forum more often, first time read.

The affinity you folks have for the refinishing and cleaning is obvious, so I bet you wouldn't mind sharing a little info.

Surely every stone and tile is different, but could you give us a run down of the equipment you like to use for particular materials and what you usually like to go armed with as far as chemicals and powders go...and...well...then basically tell me how to use them?

I'd love to have the capability to produce what I've seen in this thread.

Hi Brad

Welcome to our neck of the woods!

This thread is supposed to be for photos, but if you start a new thread, I'm sure we can get you going!

Hi Dave

Oh yeah!

I wish I had a picture of right into the door and literally knocked the door off its hinges. I got pinched between a pedestal sink and the wall (behind the door), pushed up (probably with my gut), and off to the right it went. No amount reflex or muscle would have stopped it once it got going.

Hi Dave

Somewhere I have a picture going through the wall where the bath vanity was supposed to go. Glad the cabinet wasn't in.

Hi Dana

I'm not that organized. I'd have thousands of pictures to search. If I can find my clients name (after I try to remember it) in my accounting system, then I can find it quicker. You're going to hang a bit from me. You did light a spark though.

I remember it's the same job that had purple stains on the limestone that I had to get off.
