Go to Alaska and northern Canada, and tell it to the glaciers that have receded drastically during the past few decades. Tell it to the folks in Seattle who haven't seen snow in a couple decades (when I was a kid there it snowed every winter). Tell it to me here in Houston where we haven't had a freeze in a couple decades. We're almost tropical now.

I don't know about the rate of global warming, but I know global warming is a reality. Now as to the cause? I don't know. I only know it's not as cold here as it used to be. Might be nature, but we can't just say it's not happening.

They are going to blame humans for the "Global Freezing" when that cycle comes back again......they will claim alternative energy caused it...

Modern man really has lost respect for the earth with his greed for comfort, speed and commercial gain. We are living with and see the results of man's greed.

Now, whether theories about global warming prove true or not, one thing is sure, man is damaging our beautiful planet.

I don't believe in global warming. Its not mentioned once in the Bible. Neither is gravity or Japan.

MM, I'm not one of those.

I'm the type of guy who goes camping and leaves the campground in better shape than when he arrived although there was that one time I went camping and drank too much but at least the others I was with took care of the mess and me fortunately but we won't talk too much about that

It is hard to deny that mankind is trashing up the place. Heck, even in outer space they are starting to accumulate space junk, not that it matters to me much until something rams into one of my cell phone or GPS satellites and screws up my day

On top of all that, man has enough nuclear bombs to destroy the earth several times over. If that happens I won't be here but I think I could safely say they ruined the earth for real at that point.
