reminds me of a college bar that had some random holes in the wall in the bathroom. people would line up to piss into them.
Yet with a target this big, there is still piss everywhere....

Worst one I’ve come across. The clients are new homeowners and decided to have a flood test done prior to purchasing (smart ones I tell ya) it failed across the board. Starting demo in February and will get close-ups of the custom features.

Kevin, haven’t you seen grout accents before?
Way better than custom tile borders (Skinnies/Slivers) and they always seem to catch your eye even from across the room. Best type of feature you can have with hand spaced tiles.
