the tiles are falling off the wall in our 5 year old Lutz FL. home..............

yes, they called me 3 days ago to look at it and give them a price to tear it out,
waterproof it and do a new tile installation. they knew it was shot. some rows
of tile were falling off. he pulled some of the tile off and it fall all all fell apart.
