L.T., what's up with the blact tile with the clay edge? I know you make money making your own bullnose, but I can't say it looks very good with this tile. Schluter makes a black trim. Sorry, dude. Love the mortised in L- brackets, I've done that before, works great.
Lots of good stuff all the way around by everyone.

Looking good, all!
LT-
That sucks when doing what would look best isn't in the budget. Been there a time or two myself. At the end of the day, we're all in this to make $, so if a client doesn't want to pay for something like that and they're fine with the result, then so be it. Just be forewarned that gueuze will break your balls when you post pic of said job here.

34 of 4000+ pieces.
34 of 4000+ pieces to go. Checking jigs and saws to make sure consistancy is there.
The pieces were cut from a 12" x 24", and are 6-3/4" on a side.
We tried to find Harliquin tiles.

Well, I guess that's what Frankenhack Friday was made for.
Listen to this whole thing, but the part for L.T. starts @ 6:15
http://http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=glU9-_KZ8FM
I guess I need to dig into my phone and retrieve a few nuggets of nastiness from this past friday.

Looks great Neil! Having made a few, a very few rhomboids, I'm interested in your fabrication process, but not here in public, keep your secret. How many jigs did you use, though, and any reason you used 12 x 24 instead or 12 x 12?
