I would tell them to hit the road. I tell my help all the time "it's called work for a reason" I also keep a tube of vagiseal in my trailer and when they really start whining I will actually grab it for them 
I am a smoker but I don't take smoke breaks and I don't let my help either. They are outside cleaning off tools, or mixing mud, or running the saw etc...smoke when you are doing something. I do the same thing. If I have to run out to my truck or the trailer or the blue room I will take a couple of puffs, but never stop work to sit down and have a "smoke break"

John,
I was never a fan of glass block but that shower is SWEET and literally just sets off the whole room! You must have received tons of referalls from that job alone, I'm sure your clients show that off to everyone...

Ok Jeffery, here is what I did friday, nothing impressive just a little shower and float. I am doing tile and wood in the whole house though so that is nice.

Looking very nice Trask What kind of Granite is that? Kinda looks like the colors in Colorado Rose, but the veining is to pronounced.
