Here is a floor I'm working on. There was a 3/8" hump in the area I tore out. The original HO did the work.

Mike, is that a hot water system , sleepers, and a plywood overlay, then Ditra? Is that an effective floor warming system? Never seen that done here, but then again its definately doesn't get as cold here .

Couple of progress pics on a pool I started today. Also found a use for a scrap pc of KerdiBoard....the sun shelf and the steps all get a 1x1 mosaic

Rick - Down a man today had me bouncing between jobs. Pool till lunch - kerdiboard shower to finish the day.
Also got pics of a backsplash we finished Sat.

Kevin, that job should keep you busy for awhile. Are you working alone on that one or did you have help installing the Permabase on the ceiling?

Bath i've been working on the past month. Old closet, becomes new guest bath. I had to start by tripling the floor joists, installing a new window, and introducing plumbing to the room, floor is 3/4-1-1/2 mortar bed, to level the floor, with radiant heating, then ditra, kerdi board shower, the works! This is also the first bath i did with my new tuscan leveling system, and the best part is, the ideas for some of the features in this bath came from the forums here! Thanks guys!
