Here is a piece of cake granite countertop with undermount sink I recently did. I used to get a ton of these in Oregon, but very few out here. Maybe that's cause I won't do them on anything but mud. And yes I do butt joint my granite but when you mud the countertop and the backside of the granite and smash it all down nice to get coverage it actually leaves about 1/32" grout joint. Enough to barely squeeze a razor blade into anyway.

The cutout area for the undermount sink, is that bullnosed the same as the outer bullnosed tile? Looks great.

Is it a trend to do them in tiles ? Most granite countertops in my area are from slabs.
Nice work .

Here to Roberto, but I don't do slab and I try and sell people on granite tiles, the cost is cheaper for them, and I make a decent dollar on them, and I have always taken pride in granite/marble work. To butt joint it and keep it perfectly level and have absolutely no lippage is a skill I take pride in.

Nice work , Levi.
I've noticed a lot of countertops pics with tiles on this site. I prefer slabs vs. tiles , the beauty of the stones in slabs can't be duplicated.
I hear you , the rewards and the pride in doing the work ...
