Steve- love the stone.. Niche is sharp, is it a Nobleniche?

Brian (BCTile)- no haircut this year, no time.

Finished the rug today, never got to the other place to caulk.

Isaac- tarp cover was more for rain than sun, narrow city street has a pretty short window of direct sun.

Jim yes, noble niche 304
The stone does look nice but was a little on the sizey side but it came out alright, although it was fun hauling that 32" castiron up a flight of stairs.

gueuzeman,Whats the finish gonna be,on the riser and tread, above your entry detail? And agree with Jack, the corners look ok,But I personally woulda tried running the same square banding in corners,if possible. Did you cut any pieces besides the center halves?

I've been cutting sponges in half for years, along with using various scrub brushes and toothbrushes for cleanin joints.

And as always Guzeeee,nice work!!!

Here's a little progress on my kerdi board curbless shower/tub surround. I'm waiting on some 4" Crossville glass blox for the inlays.
Working over the k board is nice. The 1/2" board is a little flimsy between the studs in a few spots. I'm not sure how I feel about that yet. Once it's tiled it's stiff
And no that is not mastic I'm using, just an old bucket.

this bathroom is taking me forever but I am close to the finish line. All light and dark emperador; the seat will get an emperador dark slab cut from the same piece as the vanity top. And I promise that isnt lippage - just a crappy camera phone pic

Serpentine curved floating bench. That Hardie is just a filler - the whole thing is wrapped in about 10 pieces of kerdi.
