Nice work as usual Brian. Did I read right 4XLT over Kerdi? Or just the tile outside the orange and 317 inside?
I rarely have anything to contribute to the major leage pics shown here as my installs are much of the same standard stuff. But this project has tile deck to ceiling on 3 walls including a 2 1/2 wall shower and everything had to lay out just right. Turned out that tile centered perfectly in the shower, and gave me the opportunity to spice up the window you see when you walk into the room. Customer is extatic about it - which is what its all about.
Btw the accent had to be exactly there for the planned splash around the vanity and 3 cm Rainforest Green counter top still to arrive. All the stars had to line up for this - and they did.

yes, I used the 4XLT with the 6x6 over the Kerdi and with the glass tile on an outside wall. love the non sag.
I used the 317 with the 12x12 over the Ditra main area and also on the 1x1 shower floor.
nice looking window area

looks good Kevin,
In my opinion there is nothing standard in the tile industry, things are always changing, and If one can produce what we all do from a bare studded wall.....

I like that Shaun. I have seen straight normal showers screwed up and look like junk. So even the simplest stuff looks better when a pro does it.

They are the end unit in a strip plaza. Standard on the prints to do waterproofing between tenants. We go six up and six out with fabric. They give us our choice of approved waterproofing.
Haven't done a free stander. They have all been build outs.
