Not quite "YouTube" but it's a video clip I found interesting. This was sent to me by a childhood friend whose been in the Army since graduating from high school. I believe that he's just wrapped up his 5th trip to Iraq (this time around), and spent three tours there during the first Iraq war (just to qualify my source).

"Tattooed Under Fire"

I plan on watching the series when it airs.

Always a pleasure to watch a craftsman at the top of his game. Its almost hypnotic.

What they don't show you there, Dan, is that he is closer to my age than yours, English is not his first language, and he can do that all day long.

And yes, it is a joy to watch.

It's even more of a joy if you've actually tried to lay a few block in your day. It doesn't look quite like that when I'm doing it.

Of course he's closer to your age, buddy. My generation has nothing to contribute in the way of hard work or craftsmanship. And I don't care what language the man speaks, I just want to work for him. I'd labor all day for the chance to learn from him for 5 minutes.

A very cool computer-animated music video, entitled "Pipe Dream" and taken from one of several similar segments on a DVD produced by Animusic.

Way worth watching!!!!

I'm onna roll... best Toccata and Fugue in D Minor ever played on a pipe organ. Performed by Karl Richter at the Ottobeuren Abbey near Memmingen, Germany - hope you've got good speakers!

There's many cool videos around, but this is really amazing.

There are other sand drawings to see if you need to waste some time.
