David Gilmour still knows his way around a guitar. I like this one, and the drummer can't stop smiling the whole time.

Possibly the best "Tribute Band" for them. "Brit Floyd." Would love to see them live. Almost perfect. Here is "Animals."

Final "Echoes" with Richard Wright....the keyboardist
that passed away. Guilmore swore that he would never do this piece again without him...

Ramblin' Jack Elliot....

Being a native of New Orleans and a DJ there in the 60's, I have very fond memories of Jack Eliott. I Spent a lot of time in the French Quarter.

Jack was there in the 50's. This is a seminal piece he did on his visit there about that time......called 912 Greens. It actually refers to 912 Toulouse St. and it reflects the feeling and the folks who lived there at the time.

I remember the Jax Brewery he mentions and the naked ladies in his song. I remember the good times in the quarter.... Hope you enjoy.

Just as a follow up...here is Jack Elliot in later years on that tune......

This is "Brit Floyd" at the Royal Albert Hall in 2007. A great concert!

I only wish David Guilmore could have played with them. Nevertheless, an amazing concert.

Smile Interview with Cabot & Rowe

I had the pleasure to interview Paul the other day, and it's on YouTube as well as all major podcast apps. In YouTube search for Tile Money.
