I have pictures like that Marge, from our days in Phoenix when we lived there. Miss the warm winters but all in all, I wouldn't trade North Carolina for any other place.

A photo of Waimea Canyon, Kauai. I didn't crop this one.

Gorgeous. It's hard to believe there is a Grand Canyon with the added beauty of Kauai. And Kauai more than adds beauty. Brian, hope you and yours are having the best time.

Another Kauai photograph from the other side of the island above Hanalei. Marge, we've returned from Kauai. All I can say is "I want to move there."

Took my wife to the Pilot Knob Bed and Breakfast in Pilot Mtn., NC for her 46th birthday last night. Some of you older folk may remember the mountain as Mt. Pilot from the Andy of Mayberry show.

Btw Wendy, my wife's actual birth-date is also tomorrow. Looks like you both were born on the exact same day.

Wow Michal those are cool. Do you eat them? Cute kids too.
I was hauling away some stuff for an elderly lady and came across this in her garage. Maybe for you old timers it's no big deal but it's definitely going in my antique collection...Liquid Nails, circa 1979.

Mark, we eat them all the time. Beef stew with wild shrooms is the best stew ever! I just made a shroomy soup, my boys loved it. Mushrooms are delicious and expensive, $50/lb (dried). Pro hunters can make $1000 a day.
