Kerdi shower pan problem

I need some help. I did all the prep work for my shower. I installed a foam shower pan and overlayed with kerdi membrane. I hired a tile installer and let him know that this is a kerdi foam shower pan install. He used a step ladder on the pan to tile the walls. Now there are multiple depressions on the pan. The membrane appears intact. I need some advice on how to fix. I’m concerned about the integrity of the slope.

If you’re able to get 2” overlap onto original Kerdi (the depression closest to wall looks questionably close), you could fill the divots with thinset (keep a sponge handy to try and keep the surrounding Kerdi as clean as possible), then put a patch of new Kerdi that overlaps the thinset 2” all around.

If you’ve got several divots within a few inches of each other, I’d cut one bigger patch to cover them all, rather than a bunch of smaller patches.
