Welcome marcnkelly,
First remember to keep everything at room temp. (tile, thinset, grout etc.)If I don't have the room to set up inside, I use a water heater for the wet saw. How about the basement, or Garage. Extra steps, but "warm". As a last resort, I do the cuts outside and only after all the rest of the tile is installed. I don't like the COLDany more than the next person. Seriously, try looking around the house for a warm spot. Maybe kitchen. Put poly down on the floor etc. Yankee resoursefulness will come to the forefront. Good luck!
Jim
