Hey Art,
Thanks for the literature!! I must say,I'm impressed with the product line.

Two questions.1)What about color-match caulk(sanded/unsanded) and 2)Where is the closest distributer to me? I'm in Newbern,TN.38059

Talking Bud

Is it true you donate the profits from Budsbest to a worthy charity, like all the other celebrities do? If so I can think of none more worthy than the Save MT Houston Fund!

Didn't you catch Art's post to the effect that he was heading north on vacation for a couple weeks? I didn't believe him, but I guess he meant it. Don't worry, he'll be back. You know salesmen.

John,

I resemble that remark!!!

Keith,

I'm not sure but I will find out about the dist. in your area. What major city are you near? Is there a major city in Tenn.????
Caulk? I can't talk my people into it. You know how touchy customers are about color match, we feel it's just a complaint looking for a place to happen.

Bud,

Wasn't aware of the B-B-Q sauce, I'll take a jug!!

Great to be back, although we really had a great time, hung out on the deck of the cottage all week, didn't want to get too far from the beer! Sure could have used some of Bud's sauce, grilled everyday. Burgers, steaks, Brats, chicken, dogs etc.

Art

Art, it's been kinda quiet around here while you've been gone, strictly business.

Here's a suggestion for you. Next time you need to take a trip, rather than go way up into the far reaches of the north country, go to Tennessee. Head for the Great Smoky Mountains around the Knoxville area. In particular head for the Gatlinburg area. This is one the the more beautiful places in the U.S.

Great scenery, great friendly people, great barbecue. Talk about Southern Hospitality, Gatlinburg has it.

PS
Keith isn't near any major city, just address his mail to: "South of the Motorcycle Capitol of Tennessee Keith", he's sure to get it.

Bud,

I know, I've been there it is beautiful. As for the the snide remarks, thats just me being a smart ass.

Sorry it has been so boring. I'll try to liven things up a little.

I have bought Bonsal wall grout at "Ceramic Tile Warehouse" in Jackson,TN.

Keith,

You just answered your own question. But I just looked at the map and Newbern isn't just around the corner from Jackson. How far do you have to go to get supplies? Or are the retailers supplying them?

Bri,

Sorry I didn't mean to ignore you, unfortunately we don't have a Canadian supplier. Closest to you is in Buffalo and that isn't exactly close.

Art

Art,
I do mostly remodels, some new construction,no retailers.Jackson is 50 miles and Memphis is 85.The place I got the Bonsal grout sells C-Cure and uses it exclusively in their installs.I was actually surprised to get the Bonsal wall grout there.I know they sell C-Cure wonderboard in 1/2" and only Hardibacker in 1/4" but thinset and floor(sanded) grout is all C-Cure.

Remember Art,I lived in Jacksonville for 22 years.Just to go across town there is a longer drive than from Newbern to Jackson so the drive is no big deal.
