John, best you post a photo of what you've got. I'm confused by your descriptions.

1/8 inch Slope fix?

My plywood sub-floor has an 1/8 inch slope lengthwise 36x60. I'm installing the kerdi shower tray with center drain and curb. Recommendations on leveling sub floor?

*Could I use 1/8 shims pressed into the thin-set?
* Self leveling compound, Fill the whole pan? Particular brand from Loews or Home Depot?

Thank you!!!

Wall tile gap between floor tile advise

I'm looking for advise on a solution for the 1/2 inch gap between the last row of tile and the floor tile. I tried this morning adding extra thin-set and it made a mess and ruined 4 sheets of 2x2 floor tile.

For reference i placed a few individual floor tiles down.

I headed up to the local tile store for some advise.
Ideas???

Feather thin-set or mud bed to fix the gap?
Build a perimeter on the floor of extra wall tile?

Why did you set the bottom row without laying the floor first?

I don't believe it matters at this point, Jon, does it?

John, how thick is the floor tile? Do you have a 1/2" around the entire perimeter of the floor?

What's with all that green stuff on the Kerdi?

How exactly did you construct this shower? That drain doesn't look quite right...
