Honed bianco venatino marble

Hi. Anyone have advice about installing this marble?

It is really absorbing water, trying to upload pics. Would this then be considered a moisture sensitive stone? For which I would need epoxy mortar
I was thinking of using white ardex x5 but have been told to use x32. It's over ditra.

Also. There is a bevel. Do you normally fill the bevel or clean the grout out? Looks like I need a 1/16 inch grout joint because they are not 100% square.

It is basically a Carrera,from the same quarry just classified differently by appearance,or supposedly it is.I would treat it as such,it should not warp,BUT,you never know these days.Put a piece in a pan of water and see if it does.

I think some call it "Nantes", not sure though.
