15-20 minutes. Icy cold water may give you another 10ish minutes. Been there, done that (except in Virginia). You gotta move fast and will work up a good sweat (wear a headband - you WILL drip). Unless youíre really good, youíll want to separate in to 2 or 3 sections. Donít use too wet a sponge to clean up and do follow the slake time.

Thanks! Very much appreciate the information from all. Cold distilled water. Ice bath. Mix 1/2 or 1/3,Sweat band and move my ass.
