coordinating wall and floor tile

Looking for general advice on selecting/coordinating wall tile with floor tile. (I have not yet selected either for my bathroom project.)

Same sizes or different sizes?

Same color or complimentary colors?

Any suggestions for small (approx. 36 sq. ft.) bathrooms? I should also mention it is a kid's bathroom.

All ideas welcome.

When I was deciding this I went to lots of show homes to see what they had done. In my area almost all the upscale homes used the same tile on the floor and wall. I liked the clean look of this and that is what I decided to do.
