It's OK, Matt, we don't mind. Really, we've lowered our standards quite a lot since the good old days.

No, Dana, we got the same silly laws as everywhere else. Yeah, we tell Bubba he can't drink no beer while he's drivin' his truck on accounta we know that'll keep him from drivin' while drunk. Yep, we know that for sure.

Actually, I'm not sure just how things are in that area now. Back when I lived up that way there were some counties or municipalities where you couldn't purchase packaged liquor at all. Maybe could buy beer. Don't really remember. But for sure you had to cross a county line in one particular direction to buy some kinds of booze.

And that for absoultely sure and definite done kept Bubba from never drivin' in those places with a snoot full.

And then there were the Blue Laws......... Just gotta love Texas, non?

I would love to learn more about wall mud. I did some in apprenticeship school but I left the union so havent played with it since. I think I forgot most of it! lol. I can rod deck mud with the rest of em though. I dont think my wife would like it if I spent the money on a trip right now. If one of yall lives in washington I would love to come help one of yall out on a job for free if you are mudin, just to get a refresher.

Passport renewed, vaccination regimen scheduled with Physician.

Matt, we may not be able to get Chopin vodka due to the different culture, but I imagine we should be able to get Tito's and Savvy vodka, both imported from the peoples republic of Austin.

Where are you located, Brandon? If I knew I forgot.

We've got quite a few people in Washington State.

Actually, that part of Texas is pretty nice to drive through. I did it last summer. The drive from the Denver area if pleasant. Don't know about the availability of beer along the route. Had all of mine socked away in my "basement."

All this talk of light beer, by the way, is really getting to be a drag. Why waste your time drinking that piss? If you don't want alcohol drink iced tea or something.

Yep, all that "lite" beer is like Coors, to my thinkin'. Might as well just leave it inna horse.

Down here y'all can git real beer. Like Lone Star. Or Pearl.

That's beer humor, guys. You'll catch on soon enuff.

We'll be in the Grand Prairie area around the 2000 block of N Hwy 360. You can start googling watering holes now.
