Just kidding guys.
i got to use the Mortar for the first time today. and i really liked it.
the sand in it was perfect. nice and creamy smooth. in compareison to Ditra Set witch i used only once at CTEF, i'd say they are very simular in texture. color if different. an the bag it says grey, not sure if they come in white but i will find out. i will use this in my area for Ditra, only because i cant get Dirta Set here. and he Price isnt bad either

the only down side i see is the packaging. Paper bag with very thin plastic liner.. othe than that its Muy Bueno

Jeff, it does come in white. While the lining of plastic is thin, I have handled these bags in snow and heavy hard rains. I have not had any issues with pebbles in the bags. The only time I used DitraSet was at Schluterville. Just recently acquired a vendor for DitraSet locally, though it still has to be ordered in and cost several bucks more than the uncoupling. But this product is a lot easier on my hands that Kerabond has ever been.

Que tonto por bolsa?

Ditraset me esta funcianado $14.33 por bolsa.

Of course that's in US dollars, which I think converts to $1.4m pesos this week.

haha Paul you said "How much of a fool per bag?" Tanto is the word you were looking for lol

Bueno, para mi si se ve buena , mi unica queja con ditra es que localmente no puedo encontrar ninguna mezla no modificada asi que he usado versabond aunque no es recommendable.

Do you have a local supplier selling it to you jeff? This is customs right so maybe I could even get my Home cheapo to bring in a pallet?

A very good product. Might be made in mexico, or they are just tring to Market to the Left Coasters down South

i heard from a Schluter Birdie that CBP put Schluters name and TM logo on the bag with out permision

but i think its good we down souther's can get somthing simular to DitraSet unmodfied
