Anyone ever use the Sigma Italia Kera-Cut Nipper Part41-C?

Anyone ever use the Sigma Italia Kera-Cut Nipper Part 41-C? To snap small glass tiles and glass mosaic?

It's just their hand tile cutter, but they call it a nipper (it's not a glass nipper).

I recently purchased the 3B4M 24" which allowed me to neatly cut hard porcelain and 24-inchers without fuss (kitchen walls and floor!). So I'm totally sold on the Sigma brand. Really regret even buying a wet a saw in the first place and other big box branded cutters.

Anyhow, I have short ends of rectangular glass mosaic tiles to snap. Pieces are too small for the big cutter (under 1/2"), so I'm thinking the hand nipper's shoe is small enough to hold the pieces in place.

Which also makes me wonder, why doesn't Sigma make a handle with a smaller shoe print so it can snap under 1/2"? It's just physics right?

Sure, I could go for the traditional glass nippers. And I prefer to not use the wet saw. But I wanted to get opinions if the the 41C is any good - so I'm willing to go the length to get a quality product if so.

(Anyone else waiting to see if Sigma comes out with a true glass nipper to compete with...?)

Thanks!

I got a pair of those, though I never thought to try it on a mosaic. I will give it a go and let you know how it turns out. I have this for cutting glass mosaics they work pretty good. I used them today in fact

I have a pair (don't know if they are Sigma Brand) just for small glass mosaics. Work great.
