scratching my head

so i am tiling my bathroom and i have ONE tile right in front of the door that wont dry. i even put a different tile in and put two gallons of paint on top and it still wont dry. Please can anyone can help?

Welcome to the forum.

Can you tell us a little about the tile? What type is it? Size?

Can you tell us about the substrate? Wood? Cement board? Cement?

Can you tell us about the material used to stick the tiles down? Did it come out of a bucket or a bag?
