Kerdi Shower Book did not download
I have spent over an hour trying to download the Kerdi Shower Book.
First I went to the TYW store and added it to my cart at which time it asked for my email address which it kept rejecting basically sayin it was valid or attached to an existing account. So I went to my account settings and verified that my email address was valid. Which it was. I tried again using the listed email address to no avail.
So I said the heck with it and ordered it as a guest. Everything went fine until the download at which time it hung up and I did not get the file.
So I am just out $9.95 ?

Don't worry, Richard. We'll make sure you get your download one way or another. I'll send a PM to one of our computer geeks and he'll get you fixed up.
Just be patient, it may be little bit.

Kerdi Shower Book
Just wondering if it's available, all the links I click on to purchase come up as "fatal errors". Thanks for your time!

Interesting?
I find it interesting that all the videos I watch concerning Kerdi-shower pan installation show NO USE of a water proofing membrane, but when I asked the Floor-Decor salesman if the membrane was in the ST shower drain kit, he said NO, I would have to purchase that separately!

It sounds like you're only watching one video of multiple.
And places like the retail showroom you mention will sell portions of the kit separately to make it easy and inexpensive to stock for them while theoretically giving the customer as many options as possible.

You can order the Kerdi shower kit virtually from any supplier in the tile business, including Home Depot.

Can't download the Kerdi Shower Book!
I clicked "Add to Cart", and then I get the message "Your Shopping Cart is Empty".
What do I do wrong?

Hi, Marion! I can see the same problem. It’s not you. I think we may have a little snafu leftover from a few weeks ago. I’ve pinged John. Hang on for a bit.

Best to let Dave know about such things. I think he had another one to work on a few weeks ago. I'll ping him as well.

Hi Marion,
Dave is our engineer, and he's been working on a number of things around here since our server crashed a while back. In the meantime, if you'll send me and email, I'll attach the Kerdi book to a reply with my compliments.

I hope the store is finally all repaired. I was just able to order several books so I hope it works for everyone else too.
