Question porcelain Tile just laid. Help with haze

I had a contractor lay 585 sf of porcelain tile in living room area. He grouted it as well. There are some streaks on some of the tile and a small white haze as well. Not on all the tile but some. I havent sealed the grout yet but I have gone over the tile with white vinegar and water with a damp mop but it hasnt gotten the haze or streaks off. Will the haze come off eventually if i continue to mop or do I get some kind of special cleaner? Also I planned on sealing the grout tomorrow evening. Tile install was complete on the 19th. This will have given it 4 full days to dry. I live in houston texas as well if that helps any. Thanks. Also, grout is a linen color and tile is a peach color.

Hi Olaf, Welcome!

You mentioned you mopped on the vinegar and water. What was the dilution ratio that you used? After the solution is applied, you need to agitate it with a scrub brush. Did you do that?

Thanks

The 1st ratio I used was 25% vinegar and 75% water. And I didnt scrub. Last night I used a 50 to 50 ration and scrubed the particular tiles that were hazed and it worked. Thanks for the advice. This site is pretty cool and I will continue to use it... Thanks again....
